Do you only build on Shopify, or can you work with any platform?
We work with any platform your business is already on — Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, custom-built sites, or anything else. We prefer Shopify for clients who want strong editorial control and flexible infrastructure, but that is our preference — not a requirement. If your current platform works for your business, we build and optimize within it. If you need a fresh start, we will recommend the right platform based on your goals, your budget, and how your team actually works day to day.
Do you work with service businesses, not just online stores?
Yes — and a large portion of our clients are service-based. We work with consultants, agencies, coaches, local businesses, healthcare practices, fitness studios, restaurants, real estate professionals, law firms, and everything in between. You do not need to sell physical products for our work to apply. If you have a business, you want more customers, and your current website is not pulling its weight — that is all we need to work together.
How much does a website redesign or marketing project cost?
Our services range from $1,000 for a focused Starter Setup up to $2,500 for the full Business Growth System. Monthly retainers start at $500. Tier 4 Elite Partnerships start at $10,000 and are custom-scoped. All project-based work uses a 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery structure. No surprises, no hidden fees.
How long does a project take?
You see your first concept within 48 hours of kickoff. Full projects are delivered in 7–14 business days depending on scope. We do not disappear between milestones — you hear from us consistently throughout the build.
What if I do not have a website yet, or I am on a free website builder?
Perfect starting point. We have built sites from scratch for businesses with nothing but a domain and a vision. If you are currently on a free builder — Wix ADI, Squarespace, Google Sites, GoDaddy Website Builder — we can migrate your content, rebuild your brand, and launch you on a platform that will actually support your growth. Starting right is always faster and cheaper than fixing a bad foundation later.
How do I know this will actually bring in more customers?
We show you the numbers. Every project includes conversion benchmarks, before-and-after analytics setup, and a clear record of what we changed and why. We do not measure success by how good a site looks — we measure it by whether more visitors are becoming leads and customers. If something is not converting after launch, we catch it fast and fix it. That is what the retainer is for.
Do I need a big advertising budget for this to work?
No. The core of what we build — your website, your messaging, your SEO foundation — is organic infrastructure that compounds over time with no ongoing ad spend required. Paid advertising can accelerate results, but it is never a requirement. Many of our clients generate consistent inbound leads entirely through their improved website and content strategy. We build the foundation first. If you want to layer in paid channels later, we will know your site can actually convert the traffic.
What AI tools do you actually use?
Our core stack includes Claude (Anthropic) for copywriting and strategy, GPT-4o for research and competitive analysis, Midjourney for visual direction and imagery, Runway ML for motion graphics, Figma with AI plugins for design prototyping, Surfer SEO for on-page optimization, and Hotjar for heatmap analysis. Every tool has a specific role — nothing is used for the sake of it.
How many revisions do I get?
Tier 1 includes 2 revision rounds. Tier 2 and above include unlimited revisions. We do not move to the next stage until you are fully satisfied with the direction. We have never delivered a final product a client was not happy with.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project?
Yes. Our Tier 3 Monthly Growth Retainer is built for exactly this. Monthly optimization, A/B testing, copy updates, performance reporting, and priority support. Minimum 3-month commitment. This is where businesses compound their results over time instead of getting a one-time fix and hoping it holds.
